Job Summary:

Libra International Ltd. is looking for dynamic and motivated MBA freshers to join our Sales team as Management Trainees. This role offers hands-on exposure to direct sales, relationship management, and market development within the foam and mattress industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand customer needs and analyze market trends.
• Generate leads through cold calling, digital outreach, and networking.
• Support the creation and execution of sales strategies.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and demos.
• Follow up with leads and close sales deals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.
• Coordinate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams.

Required Qualifications:

• MBA in Marketing/Sales or related field (2024/2025 pass-outs preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel (as per business needs).
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or in teams.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); CRM exposure is a plus.
