Position: Sales Executive – B2B (On-Field) Location: Gurgaon Experience Required: 1–2 Years (B2B On-Field Sales Lead Generation) Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are looking for a high-energy, self-driven Sales Executive with 1–2 years of on-field B2B sales experience and a strong focus on independent lead generation . This role requires someone who is not just comfortable being on the ground, but thrives in face-to-face meetings, building business relationships, and closing deals through hustle and smart selling. You’ll be expected to proactively identify potential business clients, create your own leads, and convert opportunities into long-term associations. Key Responsibilities: Execute daily on-ground B2B sales activities across assigned territories in Gurgaon. Take complete ownership of lead generation , including: Field prospecting, cold visits, and direct interactions with businesses Identifying decision-makers across SMEs, corporates, and commercial hubs Leveraging local networks and referral systems to create a pipeline Deliver compelling in-person sales pitches and customized demos based on client needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Keep accurate records of leads, meetings, pipeline progress, and closures. Share daily reports with the sales lead/manager and coordinate for seamless onboarding and client service handover. Requirements: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in B2B on-field sales . Strong and verifiable background in independent lead generation and conversion . Confident communicator with excellent persuasion and negotiation skills. Highly proactive and target-oriented approach to work. Comfortable with regular field travel and client visits within Gurgaon.
