Job Summary: As a Sales executive at MIPL, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Identify new business opportunities and markets, and develop strategies to capitalize on them. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a unified approach to achieving company goals. 6. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. 7. Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform business strategy. 8. Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills. 9. Prepare and present regular sales reports to the executive team, highlighting key performance indicators and accomplishments. 10. Participate in key client meetings and negotiations to secure major contracts and partnerships. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. 2. Proven experience in a sales leadership role, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. 3.
