Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive Department: Sales & Marketing Location: Jashoda Nagar, Ahmedabad Reports To: Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager Job Purpose: To generate sales and achieve business targets by identifying new customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and promoting the company's products or services in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Convert leads into confirmed orders with proper documentation. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions. Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales service. Market Development: Identify new market opportunities and potential customers. Conduct cold calls, client visits, and presentations. Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, or product demonstrations. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM/ERP systems. Submit weekly performance and sales activity reports. Collect market intelligence and competitor information. Coordination & Communication: Coordinate with internal departments (production, dispatch, accounts). Ensure timely delivery and payment follow-ups. Attend team meetings, training sessions, and reviews. Key Skills Required: Excellent communication and negotiation skills Confident and target-driven attitude Basic computer knowledge (Email, Excel, CRM entry) Presentation and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel locally/outstation if required Qualifications: Education: Minimum Graduate in any stream (B.com, BBA/MBA preferred) Experience: 0–3 years in field sales or business development (Freshers with strong motivation may be considered) Other Requirements: Two-wheeler with valid license (preferred for field sales) Basic knowledge of product or industry (e.g., construction, fire safety, building material) is an added advantage
