Sales Executive - IT Hardware

As an IT Hardware Sales Executive at our company, you will be responsible for selling a wide range of IT Hardware solutions, including Servers, Storage, Networking equipment, Desktops, Laptops, and related components. Your main responsibilities will include: - Identifying and developing new business opportunities for IT Hardware products. - Managing existing client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. - Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable IT Hardware solutions. - Collaborating with internal technical teams to design customized hardware proposals. - Meeting and exceeding sales targets and business development goals. - Staying updated with the latest IT hardware trends, products, and vendor offerings. - Preparing and delivering presentations, quotations, and proposals to clients. - Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM. To qualify for this role, you should have: - 3 years of proven experience in IT hardware / IT infrastructure sales. - Fair knowledge of IT components such as Servers, Networking, Storage, and end-user devices. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to build long-term client relationships and maintain a customer-first approach. - A track record of achieving sales targets and being result-oriented. - Self-driven, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team.
