Job Role: Insurance Sales ExecutiveRole OverviewThe Insurance Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting insurance products, and providing customized solutions to meet customer needs. This role requires excellent communication, relationship-building skills, and a results-driven mindset to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s client base. Key ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition & Relationship ManagementIdentify potential clients through networking, referrals, and lead generation activities. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Provide after-sales support and resolve client queries effectively. Sales & Business DevelopmentPromote life, health, motor, and general insurance products to individuals and businesses. Understand client needs and suggest appropriate insurance plans. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as defined by the management. Marketing & Lead GenerationParticipate in promotional activities, campaigns, and events to generate leads. Leverage digital platforms, email campaigns, and social media for customer outreach. Maintain an updated database of prospects and clients. Advisory & ComplianceEducate clients about policy terms, conditions, and benefits. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies. Assist clients with documentation and claims processing. Reporting & CoordinationPrepare regular sales reports and share updates with the management team. Coordinate with underwriters and operations teams to ensure smooth policy issuance. Provide feedback to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction. Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (preferred). Proven experience in sales (insurance or financial products preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and explain complex insurance policies clearly. Target-driven with excellent persuasion and networking abilities. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office applications.
