Job Description

Responsibilities: To deliver excellent conversion of prospects to customers by combining your grasp of commercial insurance with adeptness in selling. Maintaining a strong pipeline of prospects. Demonstrating strong teamwork, self- and team leadership. Displaying consistently high energy, integrity, and commitment to the job. Having a problem-solving approach. Work closely with internal teams (claims, underwriting, accounts) to ensure smooth operations. Support the sales team in generating leads and closing business. Requirements: Commercial insurance experience, e. g. in group health, property and liability, is very useful B2B sales experience is a must The candidate may have worked with an insurance broker or with the direct selling side of insurers. Strong drive to handle clients and teams in an independent way. A strong problem-solving approach Strong communication and comfort in engaging with senior client executives Drive to build a large business and progress within our organization Proven ability to work and collaborate with other functions.
