Role Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Intern to join our dynamic team. This role will primarily focus on leveraging social media platforms and CRM tools to generate and nurture high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Use social networking platforms to identify and connect with potential leads.
  • Conduct industry research to understand prospects challenges and goals for targeted outreach.
  • Perform lead generation by handling inbound inquiries and executing outbound cold calls to connect with potential clients and convert them into opportunities.

2. AI-Driven Messaging & Outreach

 • Craft and send personalized, engaging messages using AI tools to maximize response rates.

 • Align outreach with customer needs, delivering value and building trust.

3. CRM Management

 • Maintain and update lead information in the CRM tool.

 • Systematically track lead interactions, progress, and follow-ups.

4. Follow-Up & Engagement

 • Schedule and execute timely follow-ups to keep leads engaged.

 • Monitor responses and refine follow-up strategies for better results.

Experience:

(freshers are welcome)

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications

  • Preferred degree in

    Instrumentation Engineering

    , or candidates from

    Mechanical/Chemical/ Mechatronics

    engineering background.
  • Analytical Skills and Communication skills, Customer Service skills
  • Lead Generation and Market Research
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
  • Interest in the field of industrial automation and engineering
  • Experience of selling products & services in the

    Domestic

    as well as in

    International Market.
