Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our customized apparel products, including t-shirts, formals, bags, and more, to businesses for branding and gifting purposes. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing company and contribute to its success.  Location & Training Requirement:  ● The position is based in Nashik.  ● The selected candidate will be required to stay in Pune for the first 15 days for training (self-arranged and self-financed).  ● Post-training, the candidate will focus on expanding the company's footprint in the Nashik market.  ● The candidate must visit the Pune office twice a month (once every 15 days) for a one-day return trip.  Responsibilities:  ● Conduct research to identify potential clients and gather relevant data from the internet. ● Utilize cold emailing strategies to reach out to potential clients and generate leads. ● Make cold calls to prospects, effectively communicate product offerings, and engage in persuasive sales conversations.  ● Arrange and conduct field visits to meet with potential clients, present product samples, and build strong business relationships.  ● Understand clients' requirements and provide tailored solutions using our range of customized apparel products.  ● Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis through proactive sales efforts. ● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.  ● Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to clients.  ● Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, and exceptional customer service.  Skills Required:  ● Strong command of English and/or Hindi/Marathi to effectively communicate with clients.  ● Excellent written communication skills for composing compelling emails and proposals. ● A charming personality and calm demeanor to build rapport with clients and handle objections professionally.  ● Ability to perform under pressure and meet or exceed sales targets.  ● Proactive approach to the job, with a self-motivated and results-driven mindset. ● Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills to successfully close deals.
