Position: Sales Specialist – Software Services & Products Key Responsibilities—Training will be provided, and we look for a long-term association with us. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and apollo.io. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through targeted research and outreach. Client Outreach & Cold Calling: Make 20–30 outbound calls per day to engage potential clients and set up introductory meetings. Follow up on warm leads and convert them into qualified opportunities. Solution Presentation: Develop a deep understanding of iFocus Systec’s software services and product offerings. Deliver engaging presentations and demos tailored to client needs. Business Development: Attend IT conferences, networking events, and trade shows to identify new opportunities. Build and nurture long-term client relationships that convert into business deals. Collaboration: Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless sales cycle. Provide market feedback to internal stakeholders to refine offerings. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: 1–3 years in IT Sales / Business Development (software services preferred). Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills – ability to articulate complex solutions clearly. Tech Savvy: Strong understanding of software services and willingness to quickly learn product features. Persistence & Drive: High energy, result-oriented, and comfortable with outbound sales targets. Networking Ability: Strong interpersonal skills to connect with clients at events and conferences.
