As a Senior Sales Executive at IDC Global Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high levels of consumer satisfaction by providing superior sales service. Your responsibilities will include assessing customers' needs, providing information on product services and features, and driving sales through your product knowledge and market-driven enthusiasm. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the presentable and in-stock condition of assigned sections of the store, actively seeking out consumers shopping in-store to offer assistance, and cross-selling merchandise and services. Collaboration with co-workers to ensure proper customer service is also a key aspect of this role. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure high levels of consumer satisfaction through superior sales service - Assess customers' needs and provide information on product services and features - Drive sales with product knowledge and market-driven enthusiasm - Maintain presentable and in-stock condition of assigned store sections - Actively seek out consumers shopping in-store and offer assistance - Cross-sell merchandise and services - Collaborate with co-workers to ensure proper customer service Qualifications Required: - Good at multi-tasking with a pleasant personality - Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred - Proven working experience in retail sales - Working knowledge of market and consumer requirements and dynamics - Solid interpersonal and communication skills - Proven track record of over-achieving sales quota - Proficiency in sales principles and customer service practices About the company: IDC Global Pvt Ltd, headquartered in Bangalore, India, was originally established in 2016.
