As a Senior Sales Executive at IDC Global Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high levels of consumer satisfaction through superior sales service. Your responsibilities will include assessing customers" needs, providing information on product services and features, and driving sales with your product knowledge and market-driven enthusiasm. It will be your duty to maintain the presentable and in-stock condition of assigned sections of the store, actively engage with consumers shopping in-store, and offer assistance by discussing products offered and available alternatives. Additionally, you will cross-sell merchandise and services while ensuring proper customer service through effective teamwork with co-workers. The ideal candidate for this role should possess excellent multitasking skills and a pleasant personality. A Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is preferred, along with proven working experience in retail sales. You should have a solid understanding of the market and consumer requirements and dynamics, coupled with strong interpersonal and communication skills. A proven track record of over-achieving sales quotas, proficiency in sales principles, and customer service practices are essential for success in this position. This is a full-time job opportunity with benefits such as Provident Fund. The work schedule is on a day shift at the designated in-person work location.
