Pragati Green Resorts, based in Hyderabad, is an eco-friendly, biodiverse, and pollution-free man-made eco-village developed on converted barren land. Spread over 2,500 acres with ISO and IGBC certifications, the resort offers a unique green retreat with 135 rooms, banquet halls, convention centers, and open lawns. Renowned for its lush green environment and sustainability practices without chemical pesticides or fertilizers, it is a favored destination for weddings, events, and recreation amidst expansive greenery, hosting rare plant species and diverse flora.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive - Hospitality, based in Hyderabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential customers, conducting sales presentations and site visits, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing team to promote the resort’s services. The role also involves preparing sales reports, analyzing market trends, and attending industry events to network and promote the resort.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Sales, especially in the Hospitality industry
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office
Knowledge of market trends and customer behavior in the hospitality sector
High degree of professionalism and customer-centric attitude
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
Experience in eco-friendly and sustainable hospitality practices is a plus
