Job Description

Sales Executive Horticulture Division (Nursery Sales)- Maharashtra (Hq- Pune, Mumbai, Satara, Kolhapur, Aurangabad, Nashik) Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Sales Executive to promote and sell our horticulture products to plant nurseries, garden centres, and allied businesses. The ideal candidate will have experience or strong interest in plant care, horticulture, or Agri-input sales and be capable of building long-term relationships with nursery owners. Key Responsibilities: Identify and visit plant nurseries, garden centres, and landscape businesses to promote company products (e.g., plant nutrients, growth promoters, biofertilizers, organic products, etc.) Demonstrate product usage and educate customers on benefits and proper application. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain relationships with existing clients and grow the customer base. Collect market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor activity. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and field events. Prepare daily visit reports, customer interaction notes, and submit them to the manager. Ensure timely payment collection and proper after-sales support. Collaborate with technical and product teams for customer training and problem-solving. Key Requirements: Education: Diploma or B.Sc. in Agriculture/Horticulture/Botany or any related field (preferred) Experience: 1 to 3 years of field sales experience in agri-inputs/horticulture/plant products (Freshers with strong interest may be considered) Knowledge of plant nurseries, ornamental plants, and related input products is a strong advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
