Job Description

Job Title:

Sales Executive – Injection Molding Machines, Hot Runner Systems, Hot Platen Systems & PET Preform Solutions

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the plastic processing industry, focusing on Injection Molding Machines, Hot Runner Systems, Hot Platen Systems, and PET Preform Solutions.
  • Promote and sell a complete range of equipment and solutions including injection molding machines, hot runners, hot platens, and PET preform manufacturing systems.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their production goals and offering tailored technical solutions.
  • Conduct needs analysis and technical discussions with clients to recommend suitable machinery or system configurations.
  • Perform detailed market research, including competitor analysis, emerging trends, customer needs, and technological developments in plastic molding and PET preform manufacturing.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, quotations, and commercial proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms while ensuring alignment with company objectives and client satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across all product categories.
  • Coordinate closely with the technical, service, and application engineering teams for machine trials, installation, commissioning, and after-sales support.
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and technical seminars to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all sales activities, client communications, and deal progress in CRM systems or designated sales tools.
  • Provide regular updates and market feedback to management regarding customer demands, competitor movements, and product improvement opportunities.

Key Competencies:

  • In-depth understanding of injection molding technology, hot runner systems, hot platen functionality, and PET preform production lines.
  • Customer-centric approach with a strong focus on value-driven technical solutions.
  • Excellent technical communication and the ability to explain complex machinery and processes to various stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Effective negotiation and closing skills in B2B industrial sales.
  • Proficient in time management, sales pipeline tracking, and territory management.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially service and technical departments.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client visits, presentations, and industry events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
