Sales Executive – Solar Structure Industry

Job Role:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar structure industry, generate leads, manage client relationships, prepare proposals, achieve sales targets, coordinate with internal teams, and support business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and manage new business opportunities in solar structures
• Generate leads and convert prospects into sales
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with EPC contractors, project developers, and stakeholders
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and product solutions
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Coordinate with design, production, logistics, and accounts teams for smooth order execution
• Maintain updated customer and sales data in ERP systems
• Track inquiries, quotations, orders, and dispatches
• Conduct market research on competitors, pricing, and trends
• Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and business opportunities

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–4 years of sales experience in solar structures, renewable energy, or steel fabrication
• Hands-on ERP experience
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
