Hi Everyone!!
We are looking for Sales Executive for Hisar Haryana location.
1. Sales & Business Development
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for diagnostic tests and packages.
Identify and onboard new hospitals, clinics, doctors, and collection centers in the territory.
Promote company services through structured sales calls, presentations, and follow-ups.
2. Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospital administrators, and referral partners.
Address client needs, ensure service satisfaction, and resolve issues promptly.
3. Market Expansion
Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Implement marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
4. Operational Coordination
Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely sample pick-up and report delivery.
Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and partners.
5. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales performance in CRM or reporting tools.
Submit regular sales activity and performance reports to management.
2-3 years of experience in diagnostics or pathology sales.
Should be comfortable to travel 100 KM Radius from Hisar, Haryana
Strong understanding of diagnostic tests and healthcare market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Good relationship-building and networking skills.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to travel extensively within the territory.
Graduate or Masters
