Key Responsibilities Prescription Generation Drive favourable prescriptions and recommendations for assigned Expert brands through effective scientific engagement with HCPs. Secondary Sales Growth Achieve targeted growth at Expert Mapped Pharmacies (EMPs) for assigned brands. Business Development Identify and capitalize on new opportunities to enhance category penetration and adoption in the assigned geography. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: 24 years in Pharma (preferably with Paediatric, Diabetologist, or Consultant Physician coverage) or consumer healthcare (nutraceutical background preferred). Education: Graduate in Science or Bachelors in Pharmacy. Age: Not more than 30 years. Location Preference: Share your top 3 preferred locations in order. Identify and onboard new hospitals, clinics, doctors, and collection centers in the territory. Promote company services through structured sales calls, presentations, and follow-ups. 2. Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospital administrators, and referral partners. Address client needs, ensure service satisfaction, and resolve issues promptly. 3. Market Expansion Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. Implement marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility. 4. Operational Coordination Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely sample pick-up and report delivery. Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and partners. 5. Reporting & Documentation Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales performance in CRM or reporting tools. Submit regular sales activity and performance reports to management. Required Skills & Competencies 2-3 years of experience in diagnostics or pathology sales. Should be comfortable to travel 100 KM Radius from Hisar, Haryana Strong understanding of diagnostic tests and healthcare market dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Good relationship-building and networking skills. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to travel extensively within the territory.
