GYSZ Technologies is a technology-focused company delivering innovative IT solutions and digital services to clients across industries. We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive with strong experience in IT services sales to help expand our client base and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in IT services and solutions.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate with technical, pre-sales, and delivery teams to ensure smooth project handover.
• Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging IT technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–6 years of proven experience in IT services or software sales.
• Strong understanding of IT solutions such as software development, web/mobile applications, digital marketing, cloud, or enterprise solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong lead generation and client acquisition skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings if required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling to domestic and international clients.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines.
• Knowledge of proposal writing and RFP/RFQ processes.
• Prior experience in a startup or fast-growing IT company.
