Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
  • Showcase residential and commercial properties to prospective buyers.
  • Provide expert advice and consultation to clients regarding property investments.
  • Close property deals and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and real estate developments.
  • Ensure smooth client onboarding and post-sales support.

Requirements:

  • 1 - 7 years of experience in

    real estate sales

    or related industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
  • Graduate degree preferred (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus).
