Job Description

Training : Comprehensive training will be provided on solar rooftop products, sales techniques, site assessments, and government policies to ensure effective customer engagement and successful deal closures. Client Consultation: Conduct site visits, understand customer energy needs, and explain the technical and financial benefits of solar rooftop systems. Sales Presentations & Demos: Present company offerings, government subsidies, and financing options to decision-makers. Quotation & Proposal Preparation: Prepare customized proposals, project estimations, and ROI calculations based on site analysis. Negotiation & Closure: Handle customer objections, negotiate pricing/terms, and close deals to meet monthly sales targets. Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and feedback to refine sales strategies. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales pipeline, and daily reporting. Customer Support: Coordinate with engineering and installation teams for smooth project execution and ensure post-sale support
