Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with pre-qualified leads provided by the marketing or telecalling team.

Conduct client meetings and property presentations (online or in-person).

Understand buyer requirements and recommend suitable property options.

Negotiate prices, payment terms, and finalize deals.

Build trust and long-term relationships with clients to encourage referrals.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain post-sale communication when needed.

Maintain sales records and provide regular reports to the sales manager.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field (preferred).

03 years of experience in real estate sales, especially in deal closures.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Confident, presentable, and excellent at client communication.

Knowledge of local real estate markets and legal processes is a plus.

Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly closure targets.
