As a Sales Executive based in Bengaluru, your main responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining client relationships, conducting property showings, and offering expert advice to clients. You will engage in tasks such as meeting potential clients, negotiating deals, and developing effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives. To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation. A solid understanding of real estate market trends and property laws is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively interact with clients. The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in an on-site setting is crucial. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, while prior experience in the real estate industry would be beneficial. Proficiency in relevant software and tools will also be advantageous for this role.,
