Our operations are currently based in Mumbai, Dubai, and Riyadh, ensuring a broad international reach.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Mumbai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales, developing strategies for expanding the customer base, managing client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves regular interaction with clients, staying updated on market trends, and working closely with the marketing and product teams to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Proficiency in Market Research and Analysis
Customer Service Oriented with problem-solving skills
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Experience in the gifting services industry is an advantage
