Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

• Present and demonstrate product features and benefits to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the company
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive (minimum 2+ years).
• Degree in MBA or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in software sales is an advantage.
• Sales experience with IIOT products is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation techniques, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with a result-oriented approach.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
• Willingness to travel as required.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
