Requirements

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic

Sales Executive - Furniture Sales

to join our team. This individual will play a key role in driving revenue growth by developing strong customer relationships, understanding client needs, and offering tailored furniture solutions. You will be the face of the brand in both retail and B2B environments, working closely with clients including homeowners, interior designers, architects, and corporate buyers.The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of proven experience in

furniture or lifestyle product sales

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Interact with walk-in customers and inbound inquiries, understanding their furniture needs, style preferences, and budget to recommend suitable solutions.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall showroom or territory performance.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain deep knowledge of the company's furniture product lines, including materials, finishes, pricing, customization options, and features.
  • Consultative Selling: Offer personalized recommendations and furniture layout advice, including dimensions, aesthetics, and space planning considerations.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • B2B Sales: Engage with designers, architects, builders, and corporate clients for bulk or project-based sales.
  • Order Management: Prepare quotations, process orders, follow up on payments, and coordinate with operations for timely deliveries.
  • Showroom Management: Maintain a clean and appealing showroom environment, ensure proper merchandise display, and support in-store promotional activities.
  • Feedback Loop: Collect customer feedback, track buying trends, and share insights with the merchandising and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
  • After-Sales Support: Address customer concerns related to delivery, product performance, or service issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in furniture, home décor, lifestyle, or interior design domains.
  • Strong understanding of furniture trends, space planning, and customer buying behavior.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Experience working in retail showrooms, design studios, or B2B project sales.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with POS, CRM tools, or ERP systems is a plus.
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills; ability to build
