Sales Executive - Food Industry

Role Overview: As a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager for the HORECA segment, your primary responsibility is to expand market presence in Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering. This involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and achieving sales targets in the designated regions. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities within the HORECA segment. - Generate leads, pitch products/services, and close deals with hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering businesses. - Maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and build strong relationships with key decision-makers. - Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and provide post-sales support and customer service. - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to develop growth strategies. - Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns, identify new product opportunities, and prepare sales reports and forecasts. - Work closely with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Qualifications Required: - 2-3 years of experience in HORECA sales or business development in the FMCG industry. - Strong network and connections in the HORECA industry. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Self-motivated to work independently and meet sales targets. - Willingness to travel within the Calicut, Wayanad, and Kannur regions.
