Sales & Marketing Executive - FMCG

Role Overview: As a Sales Manager HORECA, you will play a crucial role in expanding the market presence within the Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering segment. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with key decision-makers, and achieving sales targets effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the HORECA segment. - Generate leads, pitch products/services, and successfully close deals with hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering businesses. - Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and monitor progress efficiently. - Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers such as chefs, F&B managers, and procurement teams. - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients. - Provide exceptional post-sales support and customer service. - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to devise effective growth strategies. - Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns. - Identify new product opportunities and offer feedback to the management team. - Prepare and deliver comprehensive sales reports, forecasts, and KPIs to the management. - Collaborate closely with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment. Qualifications & Skills: - 2-3 years of experience in HORECA sales or business development within the FMCG industry. - Possess a strong network and connections in the HORECA industry. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Self-motivated individual capable of working independently and achieving sales targets. - Travel location required: Calicut, Wayanad, Kannur region.
