We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive to lead and execute our sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-motivated, and passionate about technology and drones.

You will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to HobiTechs overall sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential customers through research, networking, and cold outreach to build a strong sales pipeline.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Plan and implement strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.

  • Product Expertise: Gain in-depth knowledge of HobiTech’s range of drones, accessories, and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients.

  • Presentations & Demonstrations: Conduct product demos, presentations, and workshops to demonstrate product value and applications.

  • Negotiation & Deal Closure: Manage pricing discussions, negotiations, and contract finalisation to close sales efficiently.

  • Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies to identify emerging opportunities.

  • Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance insights to management.

  • Customer Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including customer support and technical departments, to ensure seamless post-sales support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in technology, electronics, or e-commerce.

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Passion for drones, technology, and innovation.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is an added advantage.
