Role & responsibilities

  • Drive business development and achieve assigned sales targets
  • Identify client needs and pitch relevant financial solutions
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless customer service
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, track performance
  • Stay updated on financial product knowledge and market trends

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong skills in Sales, Business Development, and Negotiation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and relationship management abilities
  • Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Knowledge of financial products such as SME loans, working capital, invoice discounting, etc. is an added advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
