Promote and sell MOBIL lubricants to mechanics, service stations, retailers, transporters, and fleet operators. Identify and develop new customers to expand the client base. Meet monthly sales targets and performance goals. Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features and benefits. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business. Regularly report market trends, competitor activities, and pricing updates. Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely order fulfillment and after-sales support. Maintain daily call reports, visit logs, and customer feedback records. Candidate Requirements: Diploma or BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, or a related discipline. 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in lubricants, auto parts, or FMCG. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of automotive oils and lubricant applications (training will be provided). Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the assigned territory. Must have a valid driving license and preferably own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler.
