Job Description: Sales Executive – Featherlite Furniture Showroom, Porvorim

Location: Porvorim, Goa
Industry: Premium Office & Home Furniture
Role Type: Full-Time – Showroom Sales

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, customer-oriented Sales Executive with strong retail sales expertise to manage walk-in customers, understand their furniture requirements, and drive conversions at our Featherlite Furniture Showroom in Porvorim. The ideal candidate should be confident, well-presented, and passionate about delivering an exceptional showroom experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Retail Sales & Customer Handling

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom with product demos and explanations.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products across office and home furniture categories.
  • Provide detailed information on materials, features, warranty, pricing, and customisation options.
  • Maintain excellent product knowledge and update oneself on new arrivals and discontinued models.

2. Lead Conversion & Follow-Ups

  • Convert showroom enquiries into confirmed orders through effective communication and sales techniques.
  • Follow up with customers for quotations, approvals, payments, and delivery updates.
  • Maintain a high conversion percentage and meet monthly sales targets.

3. Showroom Presentation & Product Display

  • Ensure all furniture, catalogues, and swatches are neatly displayed and well-maintained.
  • Coordinate with the branch team for replenishment of samples and new stock arrangement.
  • Keep the showroom clean, organized, and customer-ready at all times.

4. Coordination & Documentation

  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and order forms accurately.
  • Coordinate with the operations and dispatch team for timely deliveries and installation updates.
  • Maintain daily sales reports, lead trackers, and customer visit logs.

5. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build rapport with customers, architects, and walk-in corporate clients.
  • Handle customer feedback professionally and ensure a smooth post-sales experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21,294.96 - ₹30,906.21 per month
