With over 20 years of global experience, we represent Latchways PLC, the inventor of Engineered cable-based Fall Arrest Systems. Our products meet EN and ANSI standards, ensuring the highest safety and quality. Located in New Delhi, our team is extensively trained in height safety, climbing techniques, risk analysis, and rescue procedures.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in New Delhi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and developing and executing sales strategies. They will conduct market research, make sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and business growth. Additionally, the Sales Executive will collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on objectives and successful implementation of sales plans.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales and business development
Strong understanding of market research, sales strategies, and customer relationship management
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the safety or construction industry is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
