Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive / Engineer with hands-on experience in safety lifeline systems and industrial safety solutions . The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets in the Pune region. Key Responsibilities: · Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial sectors for safety lifeline systems. · Promote and sell fall protection systems including horizontal lifelines, vertical lifelines, and customized engineered safety solutions. · Conduct site visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations. · Collaborate with the design and technical teams to provide the best solutions to clients. · Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, and negotiate contracts. · Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction. · Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports to the management. · Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Key Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Industrial Safety preferred). · Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in fall protection or industrial safety equipment. · Knowledge of safety lifeline systems and related technical specifications is essential. · Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
