Job Description

As a Field Sales Executive at Enlog, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, meeting clients, and achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building strong relationships, and staying updated with industry trends. This field-based role requires regular client visits, and you must have your own vehicle for local travel. Key Responsibilities: - Identify potential customers through field visits, cold calling, and networking. - Meet with clients to understand their needs and present suitable products/services. - Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. - Deliver sales presentations and quotations effectively. - Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the manager. - Update CRM with accurate client information and submit daily reports. - Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and customer support. - Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in sales, field marketing, or client-facing roles preferred. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and conduct client meetings confidently. - Ownership of a two-wheeler or four-wheeler vehicle with a valid driving license. - Willingness to travel locally for client visits. - Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets. - Basic proficiency in MS Office or CRM tools is a plus. - Bachelor's degree required.
