Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end sales activities, from lead generation to closing deals.
Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with clients for orders.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, accounts, logistics) for smooth order processing.
Conduct field visits to meet clients, give product demonstrations, and understand project needs.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain proper records of sales activities, follow-ups, and client communication.
Stay updated with product knowledge related to RFID, barcode, and automation solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales or business development (RFID/Barcode industry experience is a plus).
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Good negotiation and client-handling skills.
Ability to manage field activities and travel when required.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
