Job Title: Mechanical Design Engineer Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team. The role involves designing, developing, and testing mechanical systems and components to meet functional, performance, and safety standards. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in CAD software, a solid understanding of engineering principles, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. --- Key Responsibilities: Design and develop mechanical systems, components, and products based on specifications and requirements. Create and review 3D models, 2D drawings, and technical documentation using CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, etc.). Perform engineering calculations for strength, tolerance, thermal, and material analysis. Collaborate with electrical, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure design feasibility and cost-effectiveness. Conduct prototype development, testing, and validation of designs. Modify and improve existing designs for better performance, reliability, and efficiency. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies. Participate in design reviews and provide technical input throughout the project lifecycle. Support manufacturing teams in resolving design-related issues during production. Stay updated with emerging technologies, materials, and design practices. --- Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Masters preferred). Proven experience in mechanical design and product development (XY years). Proficiency in CAD/CAE tools (SolidWorks, CATIA, AutoCAD, ANSYS, etc.). Strong knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and GD&T. Hands-on experience with prototyping and testing. Good understanding of FEA/CFD simulations is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. --- Work Environment: Office and design lab environment, with occasional visits to manufacturing or client sites. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced setting. Job Title: Agriculture Mechanical Engineer Job Summary: Two positions We are looking for a skilled Agriculture Mechanical Engineer to design, develop, and improve agricultural machinery, equipment, and systems. The role involves applying mechanical engineering principles to increase efficiency, sustainability, and productivity in farming and agro-processing operations. The ideal candidate should have expertise in farm machinery, irrigation systems, post-harvest equipment, and knowledge of modern agricultural practices. --- Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and test agricultural machinery and equipment such as tractors, harvesters, seeders, threshers, and irrigation systems. Improve efficiency, durability, and cost-effectiveness of existing farm machinery. Conduct mechanical analysis and simulations to ensure reliability, safety, and compliance with agricultural standards. Work closely with farmers, agronomists, and technicians to identify real-world problems and propose engineering solutions. Supervise the installation, operation, and maintenance of agricultural equipment. Develop solutions for post-harvest handling, storage, and processing of crops. Evaluate new technologies (automation, precision agriculture, renewable energy systems) for farming applications. Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and sustainability standards. Prepare technical reports, drawings, and manuals for equipment design and usage. Provide training and technical support to farm operators and field staff. --- Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred). Experience in agricultural machinery design, testing, and development. Proficiency in CAD/CAE software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, ANSYS, etc.). Knowledge of materials, hydraulics, manufacturing processes, and automation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in field environments and interact with farmers and end-users. Good communication and project management skills. --- Work Environment: Split between design office, workshops, and field sites (farms, agro-industrial units). Collaboration with agricultural experts, manufacturing teams, and rural communities.
