Sales Executive

Location: Lower Parel & Vile Parle, Mumbai

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service by educating clients about our imported marble slabs and their various applications. You will coordinate orders, resolve customer complaints, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Superb interpersonal skills and a positive attitude are essential, along with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert valuable sales leads in the Interior Design and Architectural space.
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with industry insiders as well as clients.
• Conduct sales presentations, guiding clients hospitably through the marble galleries while showcasing product features, benefits, and pricing.
• Process customer orders, deliveries, and viewings according to company policies.
• Assist clients in selecting the perfect marble choices for their homes within our slab yards and galleries.
• Manage client needs end-to-end, including assembling presentations, curating selections, and handling proformas and invoices.
• Coordinate contracts and proformas with prospective clients.
• Collaborate with marketing programs to understand and promote company initiatives.
• Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs and promote products and services.
• Maintain accurate client records and understand the sales process and dynamics.
• Work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in G Suite (Docs, Drive, Slides) and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Minimum qualification: Graduate or MBA.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Interior design space is required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with fluency in English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Capability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous work experience in the interior design or architectural sales will be a significant advantage.
