Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads or cold calls.
Introduce and explain the companys digital marketing services clearly and confidently.
Understand customer needs and pitch suitable services like social media marketing, digital cards, lead generation, etc.
Maintain follow-up calls and manage client relationships effectively.
Record and update client information and call details accurately.
Schedule appointments or meetings for the business development team.
Meet weekly/monthly targets for lead conversions and follow-ups.

Preferred candidate profile

Proven experience as a sales representative, or similar customer-facing role is a plus.
Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi (Marathi is a bonus).
Basic knowledge of digital marketing services or willingness to learn quickly.
Strong persuasion skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to handle rejections professionally and persistently.
Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM software, or call tracking tools is an advantage.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any stream).
