Social Media Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day handling of all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
  
• Create and schedule engaging, original content including captions, hashtags, creatives, and reels
  
• Monitor trends and insights to improve strategy and engagement
  
• Engage with followers and respond to queries/comments in a timely manner
  
• Coordinate with graphic designers and content writers for campaign execution
  
• Analyze performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.
  
• Run paid campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and monitor performance (preferred)
  
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness and increase web traffic

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience as a social media executive or similar role
  
• Excellent knowledge of major platforms, trends, and content formats
  
• Ability to create content calendars and manage multiple accounts
  
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
  
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.
  
• Basic understanding of digital marketing KPIs and campaign performance metrics
  
• Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field preferred
