About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Digital Marketing Sales Segment. The ideal candidate will focus on generating leads, pitching services, converting prospects, and managing client relationships.

This role requires sales expertise combined with digital marketing knowledge (SEO, Social Media Management, Meta Ads, etc.). You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment while handling both technical and non-technical aspects of sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, connect, and engage with potential clients.
• Pitch and present our digital marketing services persuasively.
• Perform cold calling, generate leads, follow-ups, market research, schedule and take meetings and sales pitching.
• Close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Understand client requirements and offer customized digital marketing solutions.
• Maintain and update client database with accurate details and follow-up status.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Prepare call reports and maintain records in CRM tools or Google sheets.
• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and strategies.
• Provide regular updates on progress and market insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in digital marketing sales.
• Understanding of digital marketing concepts: SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Website Designing/Development, Meta Ads, etc.
• Solid sales skills – pitching, converting, and closing deals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to analyze data and interpret marketing performance.
• Adaptability to evolving market trends and client needs.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable service information.
• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills in English and Hindi.
• Ability to handle client queries and maintain a positive attitude.
• Problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
• Candidates must be based in Jaipur.
