Job Description

Manage and act on daily lead assignments within the designated territory.

Conduct
minimum 3 high-quality product presentations
to potential customers per day.
Execute
regular field visits
to engage with both prospective and existing customers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date entries in the CRM system, including:
- Customer feedback
- Follow-up actions
- Lead status updates
Actively manage the sales funnel through
consistent follow-ups
.
Schedule and coordinate
product presentations
with potential customers.
Track and report on
lead conversion metrics
and performance.
Travel extensively within the assigned territory to maximize coverage and lead engagement.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum
+12 qualification
or equivalent.
Technical background (Diploma / Engineering) is an added advantage.
Must have a
valid two-wheeler license
and
own vehicle
.
Strong verbal communication in the
local language
; fluency in
English
is a plus.
Ability to
explain technical concepts clearly
to customers with varied backgrounds.
Proficient in basic digital tools and applications:
- Email communication
- Google Sheets / Excel
- CRM systems
