Job Summary:

Sales Person

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development:

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities for Tier 3 Datacenter services.
    • Drive end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to deal closure.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise customers, MSPs, and cloud service providers.
  • Client Engagement & Account Management:

    • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business.
    • Work closely with clients to understand their datacenter and IT infrastructure needs.
    • Provide customized colocation, cloud, and managed service solutions.
  • Revenue & Target Achievement:

    • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
    • Prepare sales forecasts, pipelines, and reports.
  • Market Intelligence & Strategy:

    • Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements.
    • Provide insights to the leadership team for strategic decision-making.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute sales campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Datacenter sales

    , preferably in Tier 3 facilities.
  • Strong understanding of

    colocation, cloud hosting, managed services, and IT infrastructure solutions

    .
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to build relationships with

    C-level executives, IT Heads, and Procurement teams

    .
  • Excellent

    communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

    .
  • Strong technical acumen and ability to

    translate customer needs into technical solutions

    .
  • Familiarity with industry players like

    Equinix, STT GDC, NTT, CtrlS, etc.

    is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • MBA in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage.
