Job Summary:Teleindia Networks Private Limited is seeking a PMO Executive to support project management activities by analyzing data, coordinating with teams, and preparing reports. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Excel formulas, Macros, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Indexing, and COUNTIF, along with excellent coordination and presentation skills.Key Responsibilities:Analyze project data using Excel functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Macros, Indexing, COUNTIF, etc.).Gather and consolidate information from various teams to track project progress.Assist in preparing dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership review.Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure timely submission of reports and updates.Identify trends, risks, and insights from data to support decision-making.Maintain and update project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Support the PMO team in process improvements and automation initiatives.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, or a related field.Strong expertise in Excel (Advanced Formulas, Macros, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, COUNTIF, etc.).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.Strong coordination skills to interact with cross-functional teams.Proficiency in MS PowerPoint for creating reports and presentations.Good communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Work Schedule:6 Days Working from OfficeMonday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PMSaturday: 9:30 AM – 1:30 PMMode of Interview:Face-to-Face (F2F) OnlyIf you are a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and coordination skills, we encourage you to apply.
