Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Identify and generate new business leads through calls, meetings, and networking.
Present company products/services and explain value propositions to customers.
Assist senior sales managers in client meetings and proposals.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Maintain accurate sales records and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation and negotiation ability.
Positive attitude with eagerness to learn.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).
