Job Description

Role Overview

The Sales Executive will be a crucial member of our team, responsible for driving new

business acquisition and managing the sales pipeline for our IT and software solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is comfortable with extensive

field travel to meet prospective clients and build a partner network.


Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Field Engagement

• Execute B2B field sales strategy by traveling frequently to targeted geographical

areas to meet multiple customers, partners, and channel contacts.

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities through on-the-ground

networking, meetings, and leveraging professional contacts.

• Introduce and articulate the value proposition of Code Inbound’s core products &

services (Network Monitoring Software, Software Development, Cloud Solutions,

PBX, etc.) to prospective clients and decision-makers in person.

2. Relationship & Partner Management

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, resellers, and

potential referral sources to drive consistent lead generation.

• Conduct initial meetings and presentations (virtual or in-person) to deeply

understand the prospect's business challenges and technical requirements.

• Act as the primary face of Code Inbound, ensuring excellent client relationship

management throughout the sales cycle.

3. Sales Process & Pipeline Management

• Manage a robust sales pipeline, from initial contact to qualified lead, accurately

documenting all travel and client activities in the CRM system.

• Collaborate with the technical team to prepare tailored proposals and negotiate

terms to close sales deals.

• Consistently work towards achieving and exceeding monthly/quarterly sales

targets.


Required Qualifications & Skills

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English is essential).

• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to close deals and

build rapport quickly.

• Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and results-driven, with the ability to manage

time effectively while traveling.

• Comfortable with extensive local and regional travel for business and client

meetings.

• Basic understanding of the IT and Software landscape is a plus.


Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.

• 0-2 years of experience in Field Sales or Business Development. Prior experience

that involves frequent travel is highly valued.


Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience).

• Incentives: Attractive, performance-based commission and incentive structure for

meeting and exceeding sales targets.

• Reimbursement: Generous travel and fuel reimbursements will be provided for

all official business engagements.

• Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST, Monday to Saturday.
