Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, establishing client relationships, and contributing to the expansion of our market presence. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing new sales leads through various channels, delivering tailored product/service presentations, conducting sales meetings and demos, and ensuring consistent follow-up to meet or exceed monthly targets. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain strong after-sales support, provide regular sales reports and forecasts, and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field along with 1-3 years of demonstrated sales experience (internship experience will also be considered). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to effectively handle objections and work towards converting leads into successful deals. Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot is preferred, and the ideal candidate should be self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. Preferred qualifications for this position include prior experience in high-ticket selling, proficiency in digital tools, sales automation, and funnel building, as well as fluency in regional languages alongside English.
