Sales executive

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Approach and assist dealership visitors, understand their needs, and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain expertise on vehicle features, technology, and benefits to effectively explain them to customers.
• Sales Process: Conduct vehicle demonstrations, facilitate test drives, and guide customers through the complete sales cycle from lead to closure.
• Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing and financing options to secure sales.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction before and after the sale.
• Lead Generation: Generate new business opportunities through networking and managing leads.
• Market Awareness: Stay informed about market trends, inventory, and dealership promotions.
• Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records and manage customer information using a CRM system.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Team Collaboration:Work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to provide the best customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or a related field is preferred.
