**Role Overview:** As a Sales Executive at our company, your primary responsibility will be to sell all Canon products including Copiers, Scanners, Multi-Functional Devices, Software Solutions, and Managed Document Solutions. Your role will involve creating and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create a sales plan based on existing accounts, potential in different verticals and territory, and provide effective reporting. - Plan penetration in listed accounts or find new accounts, establish connections with key stakeholders, and build relationships to expand business. - Reach out to customers to understand their organization, existing office imaging infrastructure, document management solutions, and identify opportunities where Canon's products and services would be beneficial. - Generate prospects for new accounts and nurture existing ones to keep the sales funnel healthy as per the sales plan. - Propose solutions for office imaging needs, provide demonstrations or proof of concepts. - Ensure excellent customer service, handle complaints efficiently, and work towards customer satisfaction to build brand loyalty. - Update sales activities on CRM, analyze customer data, and take necessary actions for contract renewals. - Execute orders effectively, be accountable for project management and change management. - Support in outstanding collection and address any compliance needs arising from contracts. **Qualifications Required:** - Graduate; Post Graduate Diploma in Sales Management/MBA is preferable. - 1 to 3 years of experience in sales. - Skills required include customer focus, business acumen, excellent communication, interest in technology, sales planning, probing, relationship management, negotiation, and ability to influence people. - Preference for candidates with experience in product selling in the B2B space, especially with OA/IT peripheral companies or in the telecom industry. **Role Overview:** As a Sales Executive at our company, your primary responsibility will be to sell all Canon products including Copiers, Scanners, Multi-Functional Devices, Software Solutions, and Managed Document Solutions.
