Job Description

Role Overview:

We are an established signage solutions provider with a strong portfolio of clients, ongoing projects, and a reputation for excellence in design, execution, and service. We are looking for a Sales Executive who will be stepping into a well-functioning ecosystem with active clients, ongoing orders, and proven processes.The main objective is to manage, nurture, and grow these relationships while ensuring smooth coordination across departments and timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring consistent communication, satisfaction, and retention.
Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle—from order confirmation to delivery and post-installation follow-up.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of client requirements.
Monitor project timelines, resolve operational bottlenecks, and maintain high service standards.
Prepare and share regular updates, reports, and documentation with clients and management.
Represent the company professionally in client meetings, site visits, and industry interactions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

MBA or B.tech( Civil/mechanical/Structural Engineering)
3–4 years of experience in client servicing, sales coordination, or project management—preferably in signage, construction, or architectural products.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
